I have had consistently good results with the European Cut 3.0 reeds for clarinet.
Legere reeds have helped me progress quickly. Once I found the best match for reeds, instrument, plus ligature on both my Bb and my C clarinets, I have found such freedom. No more spending so much time cataloging, tracking and sanding cane reeds. I love synthetic legere! Not going back to cane :)
Thank you for the comments, we appreciate your feedback.
I love that they are always ready to go.
These plastic reeds are great. I was really hesitant to try them, but I really love them. I use them for B flat clarinet and bass clarinet. They are ready to play, no need to suck on them or soak them in water.
Glad to hear you're enjoying the reed!
While I have been using Legere reeds for a while now I am always committed to trying new products, perhaps the new will exceed the older reed I have been using. I tried European cut reed and found them to be, for me, a better "fit" than the Signature reeds I use and will continue to use going forward when needed. My performances often require a significant amount of wait time without playing. It is wonderful to know that my reed is not becoming unplayable and creating a difficult situation.(we all know what I mean!) The European Cut was great, played all day outdoors and it got better if that is possible. My new go to Legere will be European Cut 2.75 or 3.00, a great and dependable product. Thank you for always seeking the best. Leon Janikian
