Haven't used the reed yet...I bought it in advance. Will likely start using it in 3-4 month's time.
I have no reason to doubt that it will up to the usual excellent standard I have come to expect from Legere.

As a doubler, this is exactly the reed I want in every characteristic: highly responsive, even when not warm. It just goes, without having to think about it. Tone is flexible - brightish but can be darkened without too much effort.

I love these. Bought a second reed recently. They work well with my mouthpiece and feel easier to play than a lot of cane reeds

I've been working on learning soprano and using a Legere over regular cane reeds has really helped me play more consistently overall. I also really like the sound and convenience of Legeres overall, and would definitely recommend them!
