Tenor Saxophone French Cut

I have both the 2.0 and 3.0 Legere Studio cut reed. Like the thickness of the reed. Tone, sound and projection is amazing.

Nice sound. Very consistent, nice gradations.

The American Cut 2.75 is just right for me on a larger alto sax tip opening for jazz. The bright, focused sound is easy to control and consistent day after day, even during weather changes.

It sounds better than expected and I'm planning to buy one, I've tested these reeds thanks to relatives and they sound amazing

It's all you could want for playing great jazz (I use it for in band and ensemble work). Superior response and projection up and down the scale.

After buying several Legere sax reeds, I went for a clarinet reed. It sounds great throughout the horn. Although I hit on the right strength, it was comforting to know that I could return it for something that was more appropriate. I particularly like your providing reed strengths in .25 increments.

I replaced my cane reedd after years of using them. I now only have legere reeds on my soprano, alto, and tenor saxes. They sound just a good, but don't need soaking and blow a lot easier. I am getting some different strengths, because some of my mouthpieces respond better to a harder or softer strength.

I love these reeds - always ready for me, no squeaks, clean low and high notes - wowzie!!!

I’ve been using the Euro cut (routinely) for 6 months. It’s such a relief to find my expected tone, intonation and voicing without fumbling through the case to find a cane reed that will respond to our changing climate.
The Legere Euro works well with my Backun-Hawkins Vocalise mp.

I play a lot of gigs during the holidays and this reed arrived just before my final Christmas service. I decided to give it a try, but had a backup "normal" reed.
The Legere oboe reed was perfect! It responded well and I didn't have to worry about sitting for 20 minutes and then immediately playing a solo. I'm glad I took a chance on it.
