Let customers speak for us
from 1785 reviewsHave been a long time Legere customer for my alto and tenor saxes, I have used Classic, Studio, American and now French Cut. I find them immediately usable and durable and they give me ease of articulation throughout the range of the instrument.
Reeds are no longer something I worry about! These reeds just plain work! My mouthpiece has a very open facing and the 2.0 to 2.25 allow my horn to speak (as well as I can!). It lets me concentrate on my playing!
I love to tone, response and durability! In addition the quality is consistent with every order and I never get a bad one
Pour l'instant je suis très satisfait de ce French Cut
I am a long-time user of Legere saxophone reeds, for both alto and tenor sax. I find that French Cut reeds work equally well on both instruments and help me perform well for the full range of these saxes. They are also durable, and justify the price premium with great performance and longevity.
Good warm tone and receptive and lasts longer
Bought atleast 4 already and I absolutely love em 🎶
Love my new Legere soprano sax reed. With my second purchase I now have a 2.25 American cut. Perfect for jazz. So nice to have total consistency. Highly recommend!!
I love this reed! It plays with a beautiful resonance and isn't subject to variances due to humidity and temperature!
The wider reed is very comfortable and the Legere reliability takes the worry out of reeds. I finally can completely focus on the music.
I love my legere reeds. The signature is my favorite one. My first signature is a little over 9 months old now and I bought this one in anticipation of its 1yr anniversary.
I have been using the American Cut on both my tenor (with a Berg Larsen stainless steel mp) and Bari (Yanigasawa mp) and really like the bright sound and quick response. Doubling is easier here in Southern Arizona, where cane reeds can dry out quickly. After trying many non-cane reeds, Légère reeds are my choice.
Very good reed. The tone is better and sounds great. No preparation needed.
