Pretty good reed I love it it’s easy to play and I stated playing tenor this year and love this read
I exchanged my original order (2.5) for a 2.75 and am quite happy with the result - I'll nee to work on my endurance but it's pretty much performing as I had hoped with a nice warm sound and better production in the upper register especially when playing at higher volumes and with a harder attack. Like all your reeds, it plays perfectly right out of the box - I miss NOTHING about the breaking in process I have to go through with a cane reed!
I have been playing the American Cut and wanted to try the Signature. I really like the signature on the soprano. For Tenor Sax, the Signature is a little darker than American Cut. Just a matter of preference. Darker (Signature) Brighter (American)
As soon as I put the reeds on both my Tenor and Alto I new I made wise investment.
The reeds are so easy to play and does not require much effort. Let's see how long these reeds last!
Count me as a skeptic originally - now a firm believer. Best reed I have ever played - no exceptions. The tone is warm but can be pushed when needed. Read a lot about altissimo being an issue but it has made my control in that range better than ever. Going to purchase a signature series for my soprano as well. I am a life-long fan!
