If you order a reed and find that it is the wrong one for you they will send you a different reed! The Classic 2.0 was too hard for me. Could barely get through a song. I have a different cut on the way. Exemplary customer service and fantastic reeds. Thanks Legere.

perfect match

One of the mouthpieces I use is a Jody Jazz #5 alto and I have paired it up with a #2 Signature cut Legere reed…..SMOOTH!

I am an intermediate highschool alto and Bari saxophonist and I have been playing on a 2.5 classic cut legere alto reed for about a year. It has been very sturdy and just a overall nice reed to have on hand. It is a lot stiffer than my 3 strength Rico reeds so I probably would have gotten a 2.25 if I could go back but I still really love it, good reed, pairs nicely with a #4 tip opening, would recommend.

Elementary Band and Orchestra Teacher and Trumpet player

Being an elementary band and orchestra teacher means having a Legere reed for my saxophone means I do not have reeds going bad all the time and I have a consistency that makes day to day use much easier. Plus they sound great even for a trumpet player.
