I decided to try Légère reads on my tenor after hearing a Légère artist play a recital, supported by Légère. It was love at first toot! I have Signature, French and American cut tenor reeds, and they all work well. I’ll be using them in marching band this season with the Queer Big Apple Corps Marching Band. So last month, I tried a couple of alto reeds and they too are terrific!

It's great when you play more than one instrument at a gig. You don't have to worry about your reed drying out.

I’ve been using Legere reeds for almost four years now and have to say that they are totally worth it! I play on the alto sax Signature cut 3.0 strength and it always plays clearly with a tone that would take much long to hone on cane reeds. Even after they start to break down, you can still use them for a bit longer, unlike that of cane reeds. I’ve been buying for years and will continue to in the future.

Best reed I’ve ever played I accidentally chipped one of these Lehrer signatures and I still blow it with confidence !!!!! That’s how durable they are and even with chip it doesn’t squeak!!! Amazing reeds!!!
